  Carefully package the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring that heavy stones and ceramic components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Black Rock Grill

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
